Boss man
Boss man is the leader of an Hoglin tribe in Steelcurse. He is instructed by the Evil Wizard to collecct magically enchanted items to enhance his magical powers. Boss man instructs his underlings to gather as many magical items as possible. He melts the artefacts in a cauldron at Cliff Peak, where he has founded an Hoglin Camp.
His authority seems to come from the big hat he's wearing, hoglins aren't that smart.
